This website ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Ahmet FATIHOGLU, based in Istanbul, Turkey. For Turkey, we are the Data Controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). For the EU/EEA, we are the Data Controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you submit a form on our website, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

4. How Your Data is Processed

Form submissions are transmitted to Vercel Inc. and stored in Vercel Blob (private, US/EU regions), in accordance with Vercel's Privacy Policy. Vercel Blob stores your submission data; access is private and requires a server-side token for retrieval.

Vercel BotID (powered by Kasada) provides invisible bot protection; the client solves a challenge and the server verifies it on every submission.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

GDPR (EU/EEA): Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) and/or our legitimate interest in responding to your request (Article 6(1)(f)).
KVKK (Turkey): Processing is based on your explicit consent and/or the necessity to fulfill your request under Article 5(2).

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your data

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, where Vercel Blob regions (US/EU) may be located. We ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

Our website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us for deletion.
